He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray E. VanCise and Evelyn R. Manninen (Magee). He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Armstrong; his children, Angela Noland (David) of Nokesville, Virginia and William VanCise (Catherine) of Poolesville, Maryland; his siblings, Karen Tew (Larry) of Fayetteville and Terry VanCise (Judy) of Titusville; and his grandchildren, Ava, Benjamin, Cecilia, Samuel, Elizabeth and Madeleine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that memorial donations be made to the Townville Volunteer Fire Department.
