He is survived by: his wife Joycelyn Oswalt Dean; his daughters, Jessica Dean and Kaitlin Dean; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Costanza and Krista Costanza; his grandchildren, Jenna, Liam, Eva and Izabella; and his siblings, James Shutter (Fred), Bertha "Cookie" Lyon (late Art), Talmadge Dean (Ann), Marion Mousourakis (Gary), Marlene Passmore (Ray), Marvin Dean (Georgene), Leonard Dean (Sandy), Bryant Dean (Linda), Vanessa Knob (late Richard) and Lillian Burns (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
