He was predeceased by: his parents, William Delikat and Dorothy Delikat (Hackman). He is survived by: his wife Annie Delikat (Meitzler); his children, Thomas Ashley Delikat (Amber) and Laura Miller (Sean); his grandchildren, Thomas James, Magda, Stas, Marta, Audrey and Cooper; and his sisters, Mary Lou Jozos and Theresa Elledge (Paul).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Salem Bible Church in Macungie, PA.
