He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Fulford; his former wife Elizabeth Fulford (Klosterman); and his siblings, Hope Blair and James Fulford. He is survived by: his parent Lola Mary Fulford (Sylvain); his spouse Joyce Fulford (Miller); his children, Joseph Fulford (Leigh Ann), Edward Fulford (Martha), John Fulford (Jacqueline), Donald Fulford (Jennifer), Robert Fulford (Jodi) and MaryBeth Evans (Mark); his sister Joan Fetterman; and his stepchildren, Mark Jones (Debria), Barry Jones (Dana) and Vicki Casey (James).
