With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Chase D. D. S. (Center Valley, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 16, 2019 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Russel Edward Boothby; and his brothers, Stanley Czajkowski, Leo Chase, Theodore Czajkowski and Casimir Czajkowski.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia M. (Nied); his children, Sandra L. Chase, R. A. of New York, NY, Judith F. Boothby of Naples, FL, Benita A. Chase of Palm Harbor, FL, Donald Chase, D. O. and Brenda M. Savinson; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Spencer Chase, Russel Clark Boothby and Umar Chase Savinson. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
