He was predeceased by: his parents, Moon Kyu and Pan Dong Kim (Park); and his grandson Nathaniel. He is survived by: his spouse Chung Ja Kim (Lim); his children, Thomas J. Kim (Sun) of Center Valley, Jacob J. Kim (Milee) of Andover, MA and Mi-Ran Kim (Changsu) of Center Valley; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Christine, Aileen, Eric, Matthew, Brianna and Daniel. He is also survived by four siblings.
