He was predeceased by: his parents, Mykola Pukszyn and Anna Pukszyn (Paska); and his siblings, James and Maria Pukszyn. He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Pukszyn (Carr); his children, Christine N. Grady (Joseph) and Eric M. Pukszyn (Brianna); his brother Stefan Pukszyn (Karen); his grandchildren, Madelynne, Parker Grady, Elise and Ethan Pukszyn; and his pets, Gracie and Bella.
