He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slavek and Virginia Slavek Wait (Snyder); his daughter Jennifer L. Morshead; and his grandson Jean-Pasquale Infanti. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Slavek (Miller); his daughter Kimberly S. (Mario Infanti) of Macungie; and his grandchildren, Stephen A. Morshead, Alyssa L. Morshead and Andrew J. Morshead.
