She was predeceased by: her husband Henry V. Marman; her daughter Janet Marman; her parents, Vincenza Bozzo (Lena) and Vincenzo Bozzo; and her brother Philip Bozzo.
She is survived by: her sister Dr. Patricia Heaney; and her children, Douglas Marman (Karen), Joanne Raftas (Ted), Thomas Marman (Margie) and Carol Lee (Andy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan's name may be made to the East Glastonbury Public Library, 1389 Neipsic Rd., Glastonbury, CT 06033.
