He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Haines, Jr. and Ellen P. Haines (Williams); and his sister Andrea Fogelsanger. He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Madle); his sons, James IV Haines (Karyn) of Schnecksville and Walker T. Haines; his stepson Michael Dueh of Center Valley; his brother David of Seaville, NJ; and his grandchildren, Madison, Meghan and Anderson.
