He is survived by: his wife Jean Butchko; his sister Anastasia D'Angelo (Louis Pacelli); his siblings-in-law, Ann Marie Tarapchak (Richard) and Michael Butchko (Amy) of Bristow, VA; and his nieces, Sadie Stuart and Jana Tarapchak.
