He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Puhalla, Bonnie Zelenak and Cheryl McCauley (Tim); his grandchildren, Brad Puhalla, Timmy McCauley, Geof Puhalla (Kim) and Cory Zelenak (Lenka); and his great grandchildren, Rachael McCauley, Colin, Camryn and Caitlyn Puhalla.
