He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Hall and Sadie Mae Hall (Davidson); his siblings, Elsie Palin (Richard), Melvin "Buck" Hall (Juanita), Dale "Pete" Hall (Naomi) and Phillip "Bud" Hall (Marie); and his sister-in-law Linda Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Hall (Palmer); his sons, Robert Hall (Tracy) and David Hall (Cindy); his grandchildren, David, Victoria, Erica, Del and Max; his brother Ronald Hall; and his close friend Phillip Hewitt, Jr..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to North Branch Presbyterian Church or Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage Valley, Beaver.
