He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Gallagher and Gladys Gallagher; his former wife Ruth W. Gallagher; and his brother Joseph Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Gallagher; his children, R. Kevin Gallagher and Deborah (Daniel Motter); his stepchildren, Rich, Eleanor Pike, Kathy Tolfa and Dennis Pike; and his sisters, Gladys Petroff and Edna Stewart. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
