He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Michael. He is survived by: his mother Julia Michael (Ayoob); his siblings, Dr. Thomas P. Michael (Martha), Stephen T. Michael (Susan), Patrick Michael (Alyssa) and Julie Petrella (Dean); and his cousin Jeannette Ayoob-Urban. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
