He is survived by: his parents, Simon Clark and Erin Clark (Daugherty); his brothers, Wyatt and Cannon; his grandparents, Malcolm "Mac", Judy Daugherty (Cannon), Annette Tatrault and Fran Clark (Joann); his aunts, Megan Daugherty, Kim Crytzer (Jim), Isabel Clark and Phillippa Clark; his uncle Peter Clark; his cousins, Morgan Daugherty, Theodore, Samuel, Max Clark and Jacqueline Crytzer; and his friends, Matthew Dayak (Sarah), Tom Kerlin and Laura Grimm.
