He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Rebich (Polis); his children, Lisa Jean Rebich and Jeffery Lawrence "Jeff" Rebich; his grandchildren, Nickolas Mulford and Mikayla Mulford; his niece Elaine Stephens; his son Ted Rebich (Kathy); and also Kristen Hermick.
