He was predeceased by: his father John Petronchak; and his brother Michael Petronchak. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley (Steven Soleto); his mother Dorothy Petronchak; his brother Gary Petronchak; and his nieces and nephews, Brian, Amanda Petronchak, Daniel Petronchak, Benjamin, Rebecca Petronchak and Katie Petronchak.
In honor of John's love for animals, donations may be made to the Beaver County Humane Society in his memory.
