He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyprian Jasek and Sophie Jasek (Olach); and his sisters, Mary Katus, Betty Hopkins, Helen Pruzinsky and Olga Fitzgerald.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jasek (Machak).
