She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hines and Florence Hines (Haggerty); her husband John M. Kotun; her children-in-law, Carolyn Kotun and Kenneth "Buzzy" Palmer; and her siblings, Samuel, Edwin, William Hines, Marian Begg and Flora Belle Haggerty.
She is survived by: her children, John Kotun (Mert), Bill Kotun, Cynthia Kotun (Tom Gulotta) and Lisa Kotun Palmer; her grandchildren, Roberta Kotun, Sunshine Ankrom (Damon), Johnny Kotun (Liz Jones), Jessica Turkovich (Joey), Melissa Kotun, Alyson Quin (Chris), Ashley Kotun (Carlos Maldanodo) and Bethany Coppedge (T. J.); her great grandchildren, Dylan, Darren, Deacon Ankrom, Francis, Samantha, Kelsea Turkovich and Christopher Quin; her sisters-in-law, Gwen Hines and Janet Hines; and her caregiver Janet Christian.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Brady's Run, P.O. Box 862, Carnegie, PA, 15106, in honor of her 51year survivorship and her volunteer work.
