It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolly E. Shanholtz of Center Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Martin and Dora Braun Howells; her former husbands, Stephen M. Mattica, Sr. and John P. Zobrak, Sr.; and her siblings, William Howells, Juanita Howells, Dorothy Roberts and Beatrice Caplinger.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas G. Shanholtz; her children, Stephen M. Mattica, Jr. (Patti), John P. Zobrak, Jr. (Mary), Douglas Shanholtz, Jr., David Shanholtz (Denise), Timothy Shanholtz (Lisa) and Nancy Black (John); her brother Henry M. Howells; her grandchildren, Shelly Beachamp (Robert), Rebecca Elle, John Mattica (Adriana), Sarah, Alyssa Zobrak, Kendyl Carter (Skylar), Joshua Black (Allyson), Hannah, Ty Shanholtz, Elizabeth Rabold (Matthew) and Thea Jimenez (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Robert, Ashley, Caleb Beauchamp, Benjamin, Isaac, Aaron, Abby Elle, Stephen and Kathryn Mattica; and her great great grandchildren, Harvest Elle, Daniel, Judah Black, Carolina and Cassius Jimenez.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dolly's name may be made to the Church of the Living Christ, Bridgewater.
