He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Pipher and Faye Pipher (Neiman). He is survived by: his wife Denise Pipher (Wine); his children, Erin Mayer (Joe), Lauren Zuccaro (Andrew) and Alex Pipher; his siblings, Ann Pipher, Steve Pipher, Amy O'Donnell and Richard Pipher; and his stepchildren, Christopher Ragula, Stephen IV Ragula (Kaitlynn) and Shannon Shearer (Tim).
