Sandra Laughlin Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2021, at the age of 71, Sandra Laughlin of Cecil, Pennsylvania, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Ruther and Arline Ruther (Mueller). She is survived by: her husband Ronald Laughlin; her stepdaughter Rochele Reitlinger (James) of Cecil; her sisters, Susan Murtes (Mark) of Thorton, CO and Barbara Klug (Mike) of Wind Point, WI; her grandchildren, Elena and Mia Reitlinger; and her brothers, Elmer Rother (Lesa) and Ronald Rother (Jan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
