He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Ernestine and Clifford Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Linda Stevens; his nephews, David Michael Hillen and Wesley Hillen; and his caregivers, Celeste and Taytum. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
