He is survived by: his wife Donna Haynes; his children, Dawn Koch of Canonsburg, Glenn Haynes, Jr. (Jackie) of Canonsburg and Lindsay Wooldridge (TJ) of Round Hill, VA.; his grandchildren, Lexie, Fiona, Penelope, Olivia, Cassius and Maggie; and his siblings, Sandra Boburka, Tammy Heaps (Randy), Michael McGuire (Caroline) and James McGuire (Patti). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
