He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Csuhta; his children, Romain Phillis (Dan) and Brian Manzini; his grandchildren, Michael Dean Phillis and Stephen Drake Manzini; his siblings, Wayne Manzini (Kathie), Gene Manzini (Jamie), Dee Berger (late Kevin) and Don Manzini (Linda); and his nephew Christian. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Washington City Mission or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
