She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Fessler and Doris Fessler. She is survived by: her husband Mark Schafer; her siblings, Marcia Drozd and Charles Edward Fessler (Marjorie); and her stepson Matthew Schafer (Aly). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and four fur babies.
