He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Hallisey and Eleanor C. Hallisey (Kaczka); and his wife Geneva T. "Jean" Zablocky (Wilkins). He is survived by: his brothers, Gerald F. Hallisey (Carolyn) and John D. Hallisey; and his stepdaughters, Lucille Ikeler and Betty Z. (John Ebersole).
