He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Welkom and Maryanne Welkom (Domanski). He is survived by: his children, Patricia Miller (Donald), Deborah Erdman (Dave), Ronnette Miller (Daniel) and Eugene Welkom (Chrissy); his grandchildren, Crystal Garringer (Josh), Sean Murphy, Justin Miller, Justine Curto (Chris) and Desiree Lebo (Christian); and his great grandchildren, Bradley Miller, Gage Murphy, Faolan, Owen Garringer, Henry, Ellis Lebo, Oliver and Isabelle Curto. He is also survived by brother and 2 sisters.
