He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Temple and Mabel Temple (Phillips); his son Chris Temple; and his sisters, Nancy Temple, Kathy Temple and Jane Temple.
He is survived by: his wife Madelyn Temple of Catawissa; his granddaughters, Brittany, Kirsten and Kylie; and his siblings, Harvey Temple, Jr. and Marylou Strawser (Gregory). He is also survived by two great grandsons; six step grandchildren.
