She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Johnson and Patsy Johnson (Kingston); and her close friends, Wayne Forney, Sr. and Dennis Ogden. She is survived by: her sons, David Forney and Wayne Forney; her sister Jeanne Hons; her brother-in-law Steve; and her sisters, Sherry (Brian Hons), Theresa Johnson (Eric Troutman) and Pepsi.
