He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dietrich and Mary Dietrich (Maurer); his son Daniel Foutz; his sisters, Betty Schwalm and Phyllis Dietrich; and his brother-in-law Harold Clouser.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughter Virginia May Wisgo (Foutz); his siblings, Marjorie Ludwig (Robert) of Ashland and Clifford Dietrich (Alice) of Meriden, CT; his brother-in-law Eugene Schwalm of Baltimore, MD.; his grandchildren, Missy Fasold and Bobby Thomas Jr.; and also Ruby Clouser of Ashland.
