He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Clayton, Sr. and Arnetta Irma Shoup (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Glenna M. Shoup (Mitchell); his sons, Irvin S. Shoup, Jr. (Chelsea) of Elysburg and Robert L. Shoup (Stephanie) of Bloomsburg; his brothers, Arthur Shoup, Jr. (Mary Jane) of York, PA and Glen Richard Shoup, Sr. (Dorothea) of Spokane Wash; and his half-siblings, Jeane Taylor (Ron) of York, PA and Michael Shoup (Tammy) of York, PA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
