He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn LeVan and Florence LeVan (Thrash); his wife Jacqueline Brassington (Jackie); and his son James V. LeVan. He is survived by: his son Mark A. LeVan (Malen) of Catawissa; his grandson Caleb LeVan; his stepgrandson Mitchell Walp; and his siblings, Gloria Breech of Catawissa, Darris, Marjorie, Carol, Marlin, Neil and Lee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
