He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Rhodes and Hazel "Ernest" Rhodes; his wife Barbara "Holderman" Rhodes; his son Robert Rhodes; and his brothers, Larry Rhodes and Doyle "Sam" Rhodes.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Haney of Catawissa, Donna Stanton of Illinois, Ricky Rhodes (Susan) of Catawissa, Ronald Rhodes of Danville, Rudy Rhodes of Sunbury, Ross Rhodes (Jodi) of Catawissa and Rodney Rhodes (Diane) of Catawissa; and his siblings, Chester Rhodes of Berwick, Paul Rhodes (Rosemary Farver) of Berwick and Gloria Holderman of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
