He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyous Feese (Fetterman) and Austin Feese; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Todd Feese (Amy); his grandchildren, Riley, Jacob, Caroline and Corinne; his son Brad Feese (Brenda); his grandchildren, Brady and Braylon; his daughter Lori Coombe (Chris); his grandchildren, Clara, Nolan and Carter; and his brother Jim Feese (Gail). He is also survived by three children with their loving companions, and 9 grandchildren, Sisters and Brothers-in-Law and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Dale's memory may be sent to the church.
