She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hoffman and Louise Hoffman (Sherman); her siblings, John Hoffman, Arthur Hoffman, William Hoffman, Elwood Hoffman, Walter Hoffman, Bobby Hoffman, Violet Clark and Emma; and her daughter-in-law Rita J. Dyer.
She is survived by: her husband Troy E. Dyer; her children, Christopher E. Dyer of Catawissa and Christine Marie Conner of Danville; her grandchildren, Penelope J. Dyer of Bloomsburg, Andrew C. Dyer (Crystal) of Bloomsburg, Pamela J. Dyer (Ron Jumper) of Mt. Carmel, Angela McCormick of Danville and Ryan Boone (Casey) of Danville; and her great grandchildren, Trisha J. Fasnacht, Aliyah J. Dyer, Briana McCormick, Connor Jenkins and Spencer Boone. She is also survived by animals, especially her cats and dogs.
