He is survived by: his wife Judy Lewis (Straub) of Catasauqua; his children, Keri Sandt (Ryan), Kevin Lewis (Sarah) and Jason Lewis (Amy); and his grandchildren, Rya, Lucas, Kylie, Averie, Harper and Cooper. He is also survived by his family and friends.
