Fisher Sr. (Catasauqua, Pennsylvania), born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh A. Fisher and Ethel Fisher (McAllister); his spouse Arlette "Artie" Fisher (Miller); and his brother Hugh, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Denise Drabick (Bob), Philip Jr. (Dawn) and James; his grandchildren, Max, Jacob and Katie; his siblings-in-law, Dian Fisher, Darlene McGonigle and Danny Miller; and his close friend Joanne Ebert. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
