She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Ann Lloyd (Christopher), Sharon Pratt (David), Charles Matthew (Cynthia) and Steven P. (Melissa); and her siblings, Paul Tanzosh and Florence Jurasits (Felix). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital c/o funeral home in loving memory of Loretta.
