He was predeceased by: his father Joseph J. Slish Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Werkheiser; and his siblings, Kevin Slish (Brooke) of Saylorsburg and Kristi Wells (Michael) of West Virginia. He is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews and 2 great nieces and a nephew.
