She was predeceased by: her husband James S. Scheirer; and her parents, Christine Santee Roberts and John Roberts. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Scheirer (Peg), Cindy Reed, Jim Scheirer (Tina) and Lisa Fisher (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Randi, Rebecca Reed (John), Cory Scheirer and Michael Kuhnash (Lauren).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua (210 Pine St, Catasauqua, PA 18032). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the same location.
