She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Mikula; her parents, James Clarke and Mary Clarke (Corra); her son Tom; and her siblings, James, William, John and Mary.

She is survived by: her children, Jean Kutchera (John) and James Mikula (Rose); her sister Georgia Brown; and her grandchildren, Kyle, Megan, Sara, James and Joanne. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
