She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Devereaux; her parents, George Vandergrift and Helen Vandergrift (Fronckewicz); her siblings, Virginia Bender and George Vandegrift; her niece Linda Ebner; and her nephew David Bender.

She is survived by: her cousin Evelyn Thomas; her daughter Denise Witek (Edward) of Whitehall; her grandchildren, Amylyn Kelly and Erik Witek; and her nieces, Patti Ruffing (John), Paula Zangari Jodi Beckett (Tony), Eileen Miller and Laura Vandergrift.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association care of the funeral home.
