He is survived by: his mother Althea; his children, Jeremy Hines and Sarah Sexton of Virginia; and his sisters, Joyce E. Bachman (Dale) of Allentown, Rebecca S. Carwell (Jeffrey) of Georgia and Althea. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
