O'Toole (Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania), born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Toole and Rhea O'Toole; his former wife Rose Marie (Curcio); and his brothers, John, William and Donald.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene (Straw); his children, Kevin (Melinda) of Monroeville, Kerry of Barefoot Bay, FL and Kelly (Chris Peters) of Annapolis, MD; his daughter-in-law Sharon of North Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Bradley, Shannon, Drew, Ryan and Sara; and his great grandchild Jordan.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Intersection in McKeesport and Eighth Avenue Place in Homestead.
