He was predeceased by: his daughter Joy Lynn; and his sister Ruth Ann. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Buettner (Grivnow); his children, Thomas F. Buettner, Jr. (Michelle), Heather Lynn Garcia (Anthony Vietmeier) and Leigh Ann Buettner; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Brooks, Oscar, Alicia and Chelsea; and his brother Raymond Buettner (Brenda).
