It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Joy Kleifgen (Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 19, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Deacon Richard Kleifgen. She is survived by: her parent Ami Kleifgen; her siblings, Benjamin Kleifgen (Michelle), David Kleifgen (Brianna) and Daniel Kleifgen; her nieces and nephews, Abigail and Willa; and her significant other Stephen Ferrainolo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to SBAWP.org, Spina Bifida Association of Western PA, 1158 Dutilh road, Mars, PA 16046.
