He was predeceased by: his significant other Dorothy; his parents, Andrew Kosmach and Bertha Kosmach; and his siblings, Raymond (Ruth), Dorothy Craig, Ruth Hildabidle (Bill) and Andrew.
He is survived by: his daughter Dorothy "Dee" Hartlep (Bill) of South Park; his grandsons, Bill Hartlep (Jen) of South Park and Chris Hartlep (Tara) of Bethel Park; his great grandchildren, Will, Lizzy Hartlep, Audrey and Laynie Hartlep; his sister-in-law Mildred Kosmach; and his nephews, Mark and Scot Hildabidle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
