He is survived by: his wife Janet; his son Jason Bialek (Sarah); his grandchildren, Brees and Capri Bialek; his sisters, Rosemarie Wertz (Jack) and Dia Torregrosso (Richelle); his aunt Flo Affif; his nephews, Frank Wertz and Michael Barum; his goddaughter Jeanine Ault (Travis); his great-niece Lauryn Wertz; his great-nephews, Nathan Ault, CJ Wertz and Nicholas Ault; and his friend Jimmy K. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
